As a 20-year resident of the metro Charlotte area.  Kenya has lived and worked in several of Charlotte’s communities.  Specializing in communities, just north of Charlotte, Kenya understands the unique offerings and tangible benefits of life “just north of Charlotte” with its unmatched access to interstates, schools, outdoor venues, quality “neighborhood” dining and shopping all while maintaining a short drive to all of center city Charlotte’s attractions.  Kenya graduated from ETSU and Pfeifer University where she studied Organizational Change and Leadership.  Kenya worked as a human resources leader helping executives and teams work through problems and achieve goals while building a culture of trust.  Married to a builder, she joined the real estate profession as her two children approached their middle school and high school years.  Kenya most enjoys being a high integrity, high respect, high service ambassador for the real estate profession and helping clients achieve their lifestyle goals.   Her contacts, long term residency, enthusiasm and professionalism, enhances her ability to service her clients.  She is communicative, service oriented, values driven, and she’ll be alongside you every step of the way.   Here are a few sure-fire conversation starters which Kenya is always excited to talk about:  Moving to the Charlotte region – so much to love about the area!
